THE COMPETETIVE POKEMON METAGAME OF GEN 8 UBERS

  Hello there! It's Uber analyzer here! I'm going to tell you about the gen 8 ubers meta in brief. Gen 8 competitive is complicated now. It's because it hasn't settled yet. There are suspect tests going on now and then. Here are some four powerful threats and with their one or more good checks.

• Zacian-hero : This one has risen in use after the ban of zacian-crowned. It's ability makes it an immidiate threat. A particularly wall breaking set is the choice band one. It's very common.  Checks: necrozma dusk-mane. Although it can run crunch for it, it does take a small bit of 30% from choice band crunch, if max EVed in defence and finish it within 2 hits.
• Calyrex-shadow : Many believe it's next on the list of suspect test due to it's great power. If nothing of the opponent resists it and it has choice specs, all it needs on the other side of field is 1 layer of spikes or stealth rock and It can then OHKO or 2HKO everything. That's how powerful it is. Although it usually runs choice scarf  out speed opposing calyrex-shadow.                              Checks: No  I'll tell about yveltal, it's obvious. In short games, ferrothorn can be good with max evs in s.def and have knock off. But ferrothorn will be worn out in long games. But in long games, giratina-origin and marshadow. You must be thinking, "what? they'll get OHKOed!" Yes you're right. But not if they have shadow sneak. • Zygarde-complete : This thing the definition of taking hits well. 3 dragon dances and in substitute? well, if you don't have it's check when it's dragon danced, well just say gg and forefiet. It's massive bulk let's it take hits well and hit hard with a respectable base 100 attack stat. Check : special attackers and taunt users. It almost always invests in defense. So hitting it on the special side will do big damage. Mewtwo with ice beam and taunt or yveltal with taunt or kyogre scarf with ice beam do well against it. If you're faster than it and hit it hard on special side or have a wall who can take it's hits, you can stop its dragon dance set from sweeping.
• Dracovish : 2 words for this , Fishious Rend. If it's band and moves b4 eternatus, (for some reason, example : sticky web) It can OHKO it with fishious rend. Best to use in trick room or sticky web teams, it is a fierce wall breaker. Check : Strong walls and those faster than it. if zacain-h is faster, play rough OHKOs. If calyrex-shadow is faster, Astral barrage OHKOs. You must be like "they are faster right, why if?" if because it usually runs choice scarf and functions in trick room and sticky web teams. You need to be very careful about dealing with this pokemon.
